Arrhythmogenic Right Ventricular Cardiomyopathy is the second most common cause of sudden cardiac death in young people after hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. It is characterized electrocardiographically by T-wave inversions in the right precordial leads (V1-V3) and an Epsilon wave – a small deflection after the QRS complex usually best seen in V1-V3.
